Chevrolet Corvette Le Mans Edition drifting action!
Drifting expert Erik W. Pedersen from Precision Racing is one of the drivers at Den Internationale Racing Festival 2014.
Here he gives his co-drivers a ride slightly beyond the usual in his Chevrolet Corvette Le Mans Edition.
On the converted Østre Ringvej in Roskilde, he delivers show driving to the great delight of the crowd.
People are in no doubt when the Corvette approaches. The sound of the big 500+ hp V8 engine, along with the screech of the tyres, sends a clear signal that Erik W. Pedersen is on his way.
His precision driving, kicking the rear end out to within a few centimetres of the concrete edge, is phenomenal.
At the roundabout he lays a thick ring of smoke all the way around along the concrete wall. The smell of burnt rubber and smoke quickly creeps through the wire fence to the crowd. They love it!
It is not only at the roundabout that they get to enjoy the special smell. Everywhere there is even the slightest corner, Erik is able to deliver a true tyre smoke show.
