You cannot say no to a ride in the gorgeous Ferrari 458 Speciale when the chance presents itself. It did at FDM Jyllandsringen 2015. A Saturday that started with dark clouds, but as the day went on cleared to small white cotton clouds drifting across a blue sky.

We had actually decided to try two different Ferrari 458 Speciale cars. Now it was time to try the first of the two Italian thoroughbred sports cars. I was now going to feel firsthand what it is like when a Ferrari with a 4.5 litre V8 engine delivers G-forces through the corners of the track.

Hear the sound of the punchy engine as it is taken through the entire register. The downshifts, which are a true pleasure to listen to, both from inside and outside. An experience you should not cheat yourself out of if the chance comes up.
